Astro Jump of Chinook Country has been serving Lethbridge and area corporate and company picnics, fund-raising events, and family reunion parties since 1997. Locally owned and operated, we specialize in inflatable attractions, such as bounce houses, slides and obstacle courses, as well as games. Events ranging from a birthday party or family gathering to corporate events, promotions and company picnics. We’re ideal for school fund-raisers, and after-prom events, graduation parties, trade shows, church functions, opening or closing celebrations, or just about any event where you want people to have fun!

We offer free delivery within the City of Lethbridge for our inflatable attractions, and offer delivery throughout the rest of our service area for a fee of $.90 per km there and back.; no matter where your event is, we’re happy to deliver the fun! We’ve worked with countless provincial and government agencies, so parks and city/town squares is no problem! We are able to setup our attractions outdoors and indoors as long as we can fit through the doors and have space to inflate.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do you deliver and set up?

Absolutely! ASTRO JUMP’s™ Courteous drivers will deliver and set up each ASTRO JUMP™ and insure that it is clean and in good working condition before your scheduled event time starts and come back to take it down after the party is over. Set up normally takes about 10-15 minutes per unit, and take down is about 15-20 minutes per unit. This service is included in your rental cost. Mileage rates apply on rentals outside of Lethbridge city limits at a rate of $.90/km there and back. If your booking is several hours or more than one day, double delivery charge will likely apply. We also require a minimum of a $500 book for travel more than 20 minutes outside of the Lethbridge city limits.

What kind of power is required?

ASTRO JUMPS™ plug into a standard 110 household outlet. However we cannot plug more than one fan into one circuit. We will supply 100 feet of power cord, and we ask that nothing else be plugged into the outlet/circuit we are utilizing. Placement of the ASTRO JUMP™ should be no more than 80-90ft from that outlet. If you would like to set up an ASTRO JUMP™ at a park or place without an electrical outlet within 80-90ft, it will be your responsibility to provide a power source such as a generator.

How much room do I need to set up an ASTRO JUMP™?

All of our units are different shapes and sizes. When you call to reserve your ASTRO JUMP™, we will let you know the dimensions for the particular shape you will be renting.

Are ASTRO JUMPS™ safe?

Yes. Our ASTRO JUMPS™ are engineered and constructed to the highest safety standards. As with any activity involving small children, an adult should supervise the activity. This will help to insure that the few simple rules continue to be followed and that someone is always there to assist children entering and exiting the ASTRO JUMP™. ASTRO JUMPS™ are AEDARSA certified with the province of Alberta for safety and structural integrity.

Are you Insured?

Yes. We carry $2 million liability insurance. Please note: All individuals and companies that rent an ASTRO JUMP™ are required to sign a liability waiver prior to set up, contact your local office for a copy if needed. We CANNOT set up an ASTRO JUMP™ until the liability waiver is signed.

Is there a deposit required to reserve an ASTRO JUMP™?

A deposit may be required depending on the amount, and distance to travel for the booking. If this is the case, the remaining balance is due on delivery. Both are payable by cash, cheque, or email transfer to astrojumpchinook@gmail.com. Please use the password indicating which month your booking is in. In some instances credit card is an option. Any deposits are fully refundable if we are not able to setup due to the weather, or if cancellation is made 7 calendar days prior to the event. If cancelation is made for reasons other than weather, because the units that were reserved could have been booked out to other customers, we will provide 50% of any deposit or payment made.

Can I have my party at a park?

Yes. ASTRO JUMPS™ are great for parks. You may require a permit with the city in order to have an ASTRO JUMP™ at the park. Also check to see if electricity will be available, if not we can arrange for a generator for an additional charge.

How do I reserve my ASTRO JUMP™?

Just call the local number or email us and our friendly staff will reserve your unit and gladly answer any questions you might have.

What if I have to cancel?

No Problem. Just give us a call, there is no cancellation fee on rentals under $1,000. However, we would appreciate as much notice as possible so we have a chance to rent your ASTRO JUMP™ to someone else, we usually have a waiting list. We can not set up in rain, snow or sub zero temperatures. We are flexible and can make a “game day decision” when it comes to the weather.
